Shipping policy
Every Voski Art Co. piece is hand-cast and finished to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made, cured, and packed before it ships. During busy seasons like the holidays, processing may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if your order will be delayed.
Shipping rates and delivery times
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard shipping: $8 Flat Rate
- Free shipping on orders over $70
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available in the Lake Norman area at no charge. Select "Local pickup" at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready along with pickup details.
Packaging and fragile items
Plaster pieces are carefully wrapped and padded for travel. If anything arrives damaged, please email us at [your email] within [7] days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Address issues and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out and we'll help however we can.
